Welding Engineer, BWXT Barberton, OH August 2020 - August 2023 Oversaw welding and Inspections of nuclear reactors to ensure fabrication met Navy Specifications. Conducted shop floor audits and drove process improvements and documentation of work procedures. Was involved in efforts to qualify Electron Beam welding on circumferential pressure vessel welds. Quality Assurance Manager/Welding Engineer, The Alloy Engineering Co. Berea, OH January 2018 - August 2020

Responsible for implementing Quality Assurance Program in compliance with ASME, AWS, NADCAP, ISO 9001 and National Board requirements. Aligned company quality procedures to meet requirements and obtain AWS Certified Welding Fabricator status for the organization. During my time at Tri-C, I was instrumental in the development of the welding curriculum for a consortium of community colleges throughout the country.
