Metro consulting- Quality assurance for infills of concrete for trackbed(roadway), concrete pours for terminal walkways, steel dowls(rebar) for reinforcement, cmt testing, and storm water management. RWP2 certified(railroad workers protection), report to rwicc daily on work day status, and daily reports in system.

Virginia American Water- Engineer Supervisor- Daily reports, asbuilts in program bluebeam, materials invoices from materials yard and warehouse, inspections on water mains and WHC (water house connections), hydrants, tested for Coliform at blow offs for lab processing, pressure testing of water main to meet psi requirements, safety of contractor weekly audits, and monthly budget invoices to ensure all materials and work was done under contract guidelines.

Verify correct type of pipe being placed, (i.e. water or sewer) verify correct spacing and joining of pipes and connectors, placement of protective plastic and excavation warning tape, verify compaction of soils, CR-6 or 21-A materials, and asphalt, and measurements of trench depths, widths, and pipe placement.

BOTA CONSULTING ENGINEERS 3/2012 to 8/2015

Provided testing and inspection services for backfill material for replacement/relocation of water main and water house connections located in Montgomery and Prince Georges County. Worked numerous WSSC sites as well as others (DC Water) including water facilities such as WSSC Piscataway wastewater treatment storage and DC Water filter treatment facility including control quality assurance inspection of concrete foundations, foundation walls subgrade and foundations, placement of asphalt, masonry, mortar, reading of plans and proper specifications, and working with clients and WSSC inspectors on site.

BALTIMORE CITY WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT

Performed CMT (Construction Materials Testing) on water main. Testing soil by method of sand cone or nuclear guage, concrete testing, rebar inspection, and asphalt testing to ensure quality all in accordance of project plans and specifications. Pipeline Inspections, SWM (Storm Water Management), sewer main line and manhole lining, and fire hydrant connection.
