Conducted manual testing of user experience for Consumer and Community Banking Card Wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

•Wrote scores of test cases in JIRA. Submitted and tracked defects in JIRA.

•Tested, and managed the status of, over fifty test cases prior to software roll-out to customers.

•Utilized tools including JIRA and Microsoft Office.

Software Engineer, Full Time. 2017 - 2022

Executed manual and automated testing of middleware and APIs of the tools for Consumer and Community Banking Cards.

•Maintained the backlog, with the team, of stories in JIRA by giving bandwidth estimates for the testing required for each story. Worked on from three to five stories per sprint. Always finished stories for which I signed up during each sprint.

Led the UI development for many projects during short iterations by coordinating the efforts of external users and partners with internal product management, testing, documentation, and development teams.

Supported the development and testing of a new web application that assessed the cognitive abilities of ‘tweens.

•Annotated wireframes created by external vendors. Mapped business and functional requirements for each wireframe.

BANK OF AMERICA / MBNA

Information Data Architect

Integrated and updated the merging websites of Bank of America and MBNA.

•Created new, integrated pages in HTML / CSS. Tested for accessibility and cross-browser compliance.

•Produced two versions of the first MBNA site map of all screens, their elements, and states: one in MS Visio, the other in HTML / CSS. Developers used this to determine what could be reused as-is, with modifications, or not at all.
