Project: Citynet
Description: Consolidated SNA networks of 12 NYC (Including the NYPD) agencies into one citywide network. Brought data centers up to current software levels using consultants. Managed the procurement of hardware and consultants. Built 50 concentration sites around city. Built data center from bare space. Managed installation of 3,000 telephone company circuits, the movement of a data center, network programming, and the training and cutover of approximately 10,000 users.
