Involved validating and recreating data records lost in conversion process, redesigning billing process and reformatting of records to allow automated pass through to customer of consolidated vendor billings records, reoccurring monthly service charges, equipment billings and other services to the customer via import into SAP system.

Played major role converting Philadelphia site time collection system from a highly customized purchased software to an in-house developed system

Successfully resolved a $2M invoice invoice discrepancy for material that was billed when nothing had shipped. Previous teams had been unsuccessful and I was up against a 24-hour deadline to resolve issues to prevent loss of critical funding. Issue related to deltas between how retention type costs were handled during a major accounting system switch over. This achievement occurred during my first month on job.
