Supervised the receiving of raw ingredients and ensured the safety of the unloading off semi-trucks, and the loading of the goods onto semi-trucks that the trucks were not overweight and would meet with all DOT rules and regulations.

Ensured that ingredients were mixed properly, and safely meeting government standards for safety.
