Property Management has been at the forefront of my career for over the last 25 years. I have a Bachelor's of Science from Wichita state University, Major in Chemistry/Lab Management. Managing laboratories for KOCH industries, Materials Division, for 7 years. I have also Managed a 1500 student body High school Topeka West with a campus containing 10 buildings on 27 acres for 8 years. I was the Property night supervisor for the Wal-Mart fullfillment center 2 million sqft wearhouse as their Environmental Health and Safety manager through ABM Corp. Most recently I was the Dock/ Maintenance/ Housekeeping Manager for Dillard's inc. managing all aspects of the store operations. I am proficient whith Microsoft Office, Word, Excell and Outlook. I was responsable for the purchasing of anything needed to maintain and improve the companys daily operations. From cleaning supplies to cieling tiles, copy paper to floor stripper, wax and everything in between. I was responsable for all incoming product for the sales floor. The scaning and unloading of trucks, seperating product to stage on sales floor along with the shipping and recieving of any and all things entering the building. Responsable for all IT equiptment, instalation and replacement when needed. Responsable for the company's daily operations when the general manager and operations manager were both off site. Resposable for the hireing, training, schedualing and any disiplenary actions needed.
