• Accomplish all duties with the safety of all the employees working in the mill in mind as well askeeping the equipment running in a safe manner, matching or exceeding all OSHA guidelines.

• Responsible for all aspects of running a lumber mill production department

Accomplishments:

• Designed a new stacking system for cut lumber increasing the headers from four to eight, which cut down on employee error of board grading and increased productivity

• Doubled the production of the operating floor through training and re-aligning the assembly line for a more fluid and safe environment.

• Shattered production goals three times, significantly increasing work output to never before achieved levels without increasing labor, resulting in being recognized repeatedly as the employee of the month.
