I worked the ship from store position, handling online orders. In this position, I went and located items that customers ordered on line based on a list I received on my PDA/myDevice, and brought to others to package. Sometimes, It was the reverse, which involved me packaging items that others would bring to me in the backroom. I performed some carry outs when other co-workers were busy as well as engaged in plenty of instances of customer service, despite being in the ship from store position.
