January 2019- July 2019 Dispatcher

I was the first point of contact between our company and every truck to maintain the proper, and accurate transactions of all loads coming and going from our facility. I worked Hands on with all of carriers such as XPO, Fed-Ex, Pitt Ohio etc. I was responsible for directing shipments, arranging and rescheduling as well as any other duties needed to perform.

Kohls

September 2018- January 2019

I operated as a cashier for most of my employment, before I was promoted to Customer Service. As a cashier I was in charge of the successful and accurate transaction between customer and staff for checkout. This included keeping a very accurate check of my register and exceeding various incentives as a sales associate. I was then promoted to customer service servicing various unsatisfied customers in online shopping, as well as grievances within the store.(refunds,exchanges,complaints).

Walmart

April 2016 – December 2018

I had the pleasure of being a custom cake decorator for the Walmart Supercenter. As a cake decorator I saw the cake order come to life from custom cake design, shape, color etc. from start to finish. I took the cake order as well as creating the cake to customers satisfaction. I often Fixed and mad e various cakes unexpected and still continued to exceed expectations.

Peapod

When I first joined Peapod I was hired as an order selector. In 4 short months as order selector I was awarded employee of the month Twice. After my 4months I was promoted to expeditor/Dispatch. As a dispatcher I oversaw 12 order selectors and 8 delivery routes per day at the minimum. I made sure all products were on time as well as correct and accurately bagged. All route delivery remained prompt and professional and most important accurate under my supervision. All routes were properly and promptly delivered successfully.

Owings Mills Highschool 2004-2008

During my time at Owings Mills Highschool I was a player on the varsity basketball team while, I maintained a3.0 GPA. I also was a member of SADD(Students Against Destructive Decisions).

Caring Hands Phlebotomy

I attended and successfully completed a state licensed Phlebotomy program in which I maintained great grades throughout my program.
