If any response or Purchase Order from the Client regarding our

offer then Follow Up with Clients.

If Client asks any clarification or discount, then send to Manufacturer’s or Supplier’s to same.

Receive response from Manufacturer’s or Supplier then forward to Client to same as per advice of Managing Director.

When Received Purchase Order from clients, sent it our Purchase Order to our Manufacturer's or Supplier's.

Received Confirmation from Manufacturer's or Supplier's forward to Account Department to arrange Wire Transfer or Letter of Credit.

When Shipment is ready for ship from our Manufacturer's or Supplier's, ask them to inform the shipment's weight, volume and dimension, after send inquiry to freight forwarder for the freight charges, then work out the freight charges, then send purchase order to freight forwarder, after received confirmation and freight forwarder, and their office address.

Inform to our Manufacturer's or supplier’s to handover the shipment to our freight forwarders.

When receive shipment prior arrival notice from shipping lines, if Letter of Credit inform to Accounts Department to collect the documents from the Bank.

When shipment arrived to Saudi Arabia handover all documents related above shipment's to our custom clearing agent for clear the shipment's from Air port or Sea Port.

When shipment received from our clearing agent, check the material as per our purchase order or not.

After checked the shipment prepare Invoice & Delivery Note, address to our client name and send it along with

shipment's to our client.

After delivered the shipment to our client, original copy of invoice and delivery note to our client, one copy of invoice and delivery note submit it to Accounting Department for Accounting Purpose and payment collection and one copy of invoice and delivery note to file.

Prepare the costing and profit statement.

To Collect Sales Reports for Sales Engineer's and Sales Representative's and Submit to Managing Director.

Prepare Weekly Sales Report for Each Department's by Weekly and submit it to Managing Director.

Prepare Monthly Sales Report for Each Department with Cost and Profit's and submit it to Managing Director.

Responsible for all Customer Care and Service Department.

Receive customer / Client’s prepare the customer compliant report and forward to Managing Director for approval.

After approval of Managing Director forward to Maintenance Department and assign the Technician to visit and solve the problems.

Responsible for the day to day activities in relation to the following functions : collecting monitoring and distributing Daily Attendance Sheet from Departments Concerned.

Tracking and preparing Attendance Monitoring Forms to all Department for employees who do not show up at reporting time. Review Personnel Files and attach checklist of previous offenses committed and its corresponding

Disciplinary Actions.

Inform Personnel Specialists in charge, of employees who do not return from their Annual vacation or emergency leave on the first day up to the fifth day of their absence. So that Unauthorized Absence Notice can be prepared and sent by the concerned Personnel Officer.

Submit Daily Attendance Sheet to MOH Attendance Monitor, on daily basis.

Coordinate with MOH Attendance Monitor on the necessary paper works and documentation.

Arrange Airline Ticket reservation with Travels for employee going on vacation, emergency leave and final departures

(exit only).

Follows-up these ticket reservations and prepares travel order for signature of Personnel, Finance and Project Director.

Ensures that the airline ticket are obtained one week before employee’s departure.

Keep a record of employees who are eligible to receive the Company provide Airline tickets.

Prepares the Ticketing Status Report on monthly basis employees proceeding on for vacation. Report will indicate employees by Department and whether tickets are awaiting confirmation, confirmed or ticket already obtained.

Prepares MOH Presentation as required for recruitment.

Maintain log/file of all CVs received from Head Office and local candidates as well.

Maintain log/file of all presentations prepared for MOH review and approval.

Keep track of candidates CV submitted to MOH and make weekly reports.
