CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER RESTAURANTS, NEW REALM BREWING COMPANY

Responsible for all full-service restaurants and breweries featuring scratch kitchens run by Executive Chefs, up to 650 seat dining capacities, multi-level / roof top bars, and large concert venues.

Forecasting annual budgets, creating manager incentive plans, and full P and L responsibility for all restaurant operations.

Real estate acquisition diligence, construction management, marketing, and vendor negotiations.

2010 – 2022

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, CINEBISTRO

Responsible for all operations of 31 units with an excess of $225 million in revenue per year. Concepts included 19 CinéBistro’s, 4 Stone Sports Bars, and 8 traditional theatres.

CineBistro is a world-class restaurant and luxury theatre concept featuring scratch kitchens, craft bar mixology, curated wine lists, and concierge-level professional service. (VA, NC, GA, OH, FL, IL, NY, NJ, DC, MN) Stone Sports Bar is an elevated sporting and dining experince for game day and beyond. Locations in Miami, NY, Chicago, and NJ)

Oversaw four Regional Operations Directors, three Senior Multi-Unit General Managers, and the Corporate Training department.

Responsible for all operations including budgeting/forecasting, new openings, multi-level hiring/training to include at the Executive / Director level, marketing, facilities, and licensing.

Successfully mentored and promoted a Vice President of Culinary, Corporate Executive Chef, Corporate Training Manager, Regional Directors, Senior GMs, and Executive Chefs.

CX ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER - UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND

Assist and advise the University of Richmond faculty members and staff with the implementation of the Customer Experience (CX) program.
