Responsible for all full-service restaurants and breweries featuring scratch kitchens run by Executive Chefs, up to 650 seat dining capacities, multi-level / roof top bars, and large concert venues.

Forecasting annual budgets, creating manager incentive plans, and full P and L responsibility for all restaurant operations.

Real estate acquisition diligence, construction management, marketing, and vendor negotiations.

2010 – 2022

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, CINEBISTRO

Responsible for all operations of 31 units with an excess of $225 million in revenue per year. Concepts included 19 CinéBistro’s, 4 Stone Sports Bars, and 8 traditional theatres.

CineBistro is a world-class restaurant and luxury theatre concept featuring scratch kitchens, craft bar mixology, curated wine lists, and concierge-level professional service. Oversaw four Regional Operations Directors, three Senior Multi-Unit General Managers, and the Corporate Training department.

Responsible for all operations including budgeting/forecasting, new openings, multi-level hiring/training to include at the Executive / Director level, marketing, facilities, and licensing.
