Participating in Owner vendors and subcontractors’ negotiations, costs and all guarantees.

All schedules are meet and clearly defined.

Preparing Reports for all facilities, contractor owners, senior management of status and progress

Effectively communicationing with current live in tenants. Growing properties and perspective tenants for move in and move out procedures.
