• Led the overhaul of Huron's Internal Mobility process, implementing strategic updates and streamlining procedures, resulting in a significant reduction in attrition and a substantial increase in retention rates.

• Collaborated with the India-based team to successfully adopt Huron's recruiting policies and procedures, streamlining hiring processes uniformly across all practices and locations.

• Revamped the Contingent Workforce process for all contract hiring across Huron and hired a Contingent Workforce leader to oversee vendor management and candidate selection.

• Developed operational goals, recruitment marketing, staff development, and headcount plans, as well as P/L budget for the team.
