• Managed Bussmann’s Central Distribution Center, an automated pick-to-light/RF facility, with 55,000 SKU’s, 10,000 lines/day, $2.0 Million in daily shipments and an operational cost/sales ratio of 1.7%.

• Responsible for maintaining a 24/7 operation with a staff of 6 direct reports and 90 Union members.
