Built a strong employee relations culture, which includes engaging employees on problem resolution which has improved the communication between employee and management. Established a safety culture resulting in reduced accidents/incidents and costs. Reduced liability to the company by effectively managing employee relations and investigations. Improved HR processes to allow for more efficient service to the employees.

Manager Human Resources 1/2022 to 3/2023: Primex Farms. A 500-employee pistachio processing plant. Wasco, CA. Met staffing requirements for harvest season, hiring 300 additional temporary employees, working seven days a week. Responsible for HR, Safety and Payroll. Improved the safety culture by providing strong claims management and safety training. Managed the compensation and benefits programs.

Director of Human Resources 2016 to 2022: Central Valley Meat. An 800-employee meat processing plant, Hanford, CA. Improved recruiting and onboarding processes, managed the compensation and benefits programs. Investigated employee relations issues. Implemented HRIS system Paycom.
