EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

-Perform HIL bench upgrades in Autonomous vehicle HIL lab in GM. Analyze wiring diagrams, schematics and create new wiring documentation for HIL bench upgrades. Add needed wiring and perform verification to validate the bench is responding accordingly. Responsible for performing daily health check on all AV benches. Evaluate the feasibility of adding new hardware.

-Perform analysis on various existing test requirement documents and created a HiL test procedure test plan for some of the features.

-Support the team and the client with evaluation of existing setup and made recommendations on improvements and upgrades and inputs needed in order to take the existing setup to a level that is fully functional.

-Constant communication of queries and information and clarifications needed to better facilitate the objective of identifying the scope of work to be performed on the HiL bench and the estimation of effort needed.

-Participate in daily technical meetings and status updates to evaluate the existing process and make recommendations towards kickoff of hil test project.

-Manage Dspace HiL setup and execute tests to validate steering in-house functions (lane keeping, evasive steer, pull drift, torque steer,etc)

-Automate test cases using Dspace platform

-Support various programs and other team members in meeting program deadlines

-Perform component/system testing of GM ONSTAR module

-Verify that ONSTAR module works with various radio technologies and Bluetooth application.

-Utilize Spy tool as well as other GM tools to monitor and manage signals and parameters and identify issues.

-Document issues in a GM issue management database.

-Lead and onsite team and participate in the review and analysis of existing requirements specification documentation and identify testable requirements, create test plans and report any specification issues.

-Work closely with control system developers to create Hardware-in-the-Loop test plans for validation of Vehicle Control System Hardware and Software

-Design and implement test scripts and test automation for dSpace HIL System

-Lead the execution of test plans on HIL system to debug and validate Vehicle Control Hardware and Software

-Work with control engineers to process and analyze test data and create test reports.

-Interface with various technical leads to identify software and hardware anomalies through data analysis, technical meetings, and reviews.

-Analysis and evaluation of Infotainment Navigation requirements.

-Develop test plans for Radio, Navigation, and other Infotainment features.

-Perform automated testing on various Infotainment, Body, and Powertrain features.

-Evaluate quality assurance plans and QA documentation related to experimental and in flight software to be used by NASA in coordination with Glenn Research, MOOG and ZIN.

-Documents reviewed were related to safety critical software used for Thrust Vector Control, Fluid Combustion Facility, and other projects related to experiments for Space Shuttle Flight and International Space Station.

-Assist in the review, creation and modification of procedures, forms, quality documents and work instructions to meet AS9100, ISO.

-Manage a team of engineers onsite and offshore and lead requirements analysis and capture for reverse engineering projects related to Shift Drum Control and Gear Ratio Manager features.

-Assist in the analysis of Shift Drum Control ASCET model and all related input documentation to identify requirements to reverse engineer Shift Drum from ASCET into MATLAB/SIMULINK.

-Analyze Shift Point Calculation & Converter Scheduling feature input documentation and communicated requirements to offshore technical team.

-Coordinated requirement analysis and capture as well as technical information between onsite client and offshore technical team for projects associated with automatic transmission features.

-Hold regularly scheduled status meetings to monitor status, progress, risks, and issue resolution related to all project milestones.
