Job Responsibility as a Project and Production Head

I was responsible to manage the delivery of new War Ship and commercial vessel build, refit and repair programs from initial design through to construction, Purchase, testing, delivery and after sales support in order to ensure compliance with schedule, budget and quality standard with safety as well as maintaining full customer satisfaction.

Project and Production Head

•Providing overall leadership for the projects and production including purchase of all material within the budget while maintaining a focus on achieving results efficiently and safely.

•Manage the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing staff and providing formal and informal feedback in order to maximise overall performance and team motivation.

I was handling the various type of ship refit and new ship multipurpose offshore support vessel of 87.40 Mtr. lengths, 19 Mtr. Breadth, Gross tonnage approx. 4100 GT. with diving support and helli deck facilities two in Numbers costing 6 Billion and two in numbers seismic vessel costing 8 billion IR.
