Designed complete roller box system, for umbilical travel between extrusion line, to new outdoor carousel and back to largest planetary cabling machine in the world. Re-designed tape head on armor line, simultaneously increasing safety and cycle time, therefore lowering risk to operators and reducing overhead cost of labor by 110%. Designed a temperature controlled die, for applying gas/water block adhesive, to assist with resistance to underwater static pressure.
