Duties:
Report on the administration and operation of the Maintenance Department on a regular basis as per established policies.
Ensure that the maintenance department premises (plant, machinery, workshops) and surroundings are always kept in a perfect state of tidiness.
Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program for all buildings, equipment and machinery as prescribed by the manufacturers and/or as required to maintain the standards of the hotel operation.
Through sound management, ensure provision of uninterrupted building essential services (water, electricity, sewage removal, and firefighting equipment) to entire hotel premises.
Plan and supervise execution of day to day repairs and up keeping of buildings, installations, equipment and machinery as instructed by the management of the Resort.

Develop P&IDs or mechanical flow sheets for pipelines, pig traps and slug catchers.
Perform sizing and design calculations for pipelines, risers and associated equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and/or de-bottlenecking of pipeline systems to optimize production.
Prepare and/or review riser designs, crossing designs, routing plans and permit documents.
Develop and/or review material specifications for pipelines and risers.
Review riser guard and riser support designs.

The whole Gas network system and associated facilities at Beni Suif Governorate
Duties:
Operations:
Ensuring safe and smooth operation of CNG facilities in PRMS and providing technical support to all concerned parties for optimum performance of equipment. Planning, organizing and supervising Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for all Natural Gas equipment including Generators, and network installations. 6/4
Operate all gas distribution network (PE/Steel pipeline) related activities. To ensure required PE and Steel Pipeline operation and maintenance procedures are in line with best industry practices based on approved applicable standards.
Plan, organize and supervise operations and maintenance for all PE network and Steel pipeline related activities and provide support for the operation and maintenance planning including cost estimation, project planning and review of work packages.
Participate in the PE network and Steel pipeline related operations and maintenance contracts preparation.
Complies with all the required documentation of operational checklists and reports for Operations Activities.

Participate in non-routine live gas operations and provide support during emergency response situations.
