• The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The Retail Associate is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours, and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require. • Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customers at all times. Responds to Customer Service calls immediately. Handles all Customer issues in a courteous and helpful way, calling a member of the Store Leadership when needed.

Responsibilities of Cash Office Associate:

• Working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures 2

• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

• Perform receptionist duties when needed

• • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role

• Match receipts against orders.

• Ticket items with gum labels, switch gun, or secure attach.

• Pack or unpack items into or out of boxes. Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
