To whom it may concernI hired Rosy Lucatero in February 2016 through Care.com to help take care of my two children, who are now 6 and 7, respectively. As a single father with sole physical and legal custody, I have needed part-time assistance in terms of having a nanny pick up my kids from their after-school program and help guide them through homework assignments, as well as feed and bathe them, and manage play time.

Rosy has been a tremendous help to me over the past year. She’s kind and caring, super organized, dependable, reliable and makes learning fun and engaging when helping with homework. She’s also a great cook! Lastly, she was rearing to go when my previous nanny quit on me via text in the most unprofessional and surprising way. She has more than made up for that bad experience!

I wish Rosy still lived in our area and was available for me to re-hire her, especially since my kids occasionally ask when she’ll be our part-time nanny again. They’re very attached to her and have voiced their preference for Rosy relative to the other nannies I’ve had.
