Designed and offered projects for low-concentration sources like power plants, waste incinerators, and cement plants, amine-based CO2 capturing technology, to separate the CO2 from the flue gases. The separated CO2 can then be purified and liquefied according to the actual requirements. Worked for next-generation of water- and amine-based biogas upgraders that enable biogas plants to be operated more efficiently and with the option of converting the biogas stream not only into natural gas grid specification methane but also into high-value products such as liquid biomethane and biogenic-CO2 delivers both water- and amine-based biogas upgrading solutions. Water based solution converts approx. 99,9% of the biogas to biomethane. And AMINE based solution coverts biogas to biomethane with a capture rate of 99.9%, Bio-LNG Technology:
Bio-LNG is a biofuel made by processing organic waste flows, such as organic household and industrial waste, manure, and sewage sludge. Biomethane liquefaction is a value stream that can be obtained once methane is separated from carbon dioxide and other critical components, and then liquefied at ~160oC. This is a highly complex process, however, you increase the energy density 600 times, making the biofuel ideal for heavy-duty and maritime transport. Projects done with technology for a new biomethane liquefaction pretreatment polisher, designed for trace CO2-removal from biomethane, Biomethane polisher is designed for removing trace levels of CO2 and H2O from biomethane or natural gas.
