§ My responsibilities at the Walgreens Pharmacy consisted of filling medications, make sure the proper prescriptions are handed out, mixing medications for the customers, filing medications. Also, handling phone calls and making sure the patient’s questions are answered and that they are satisfied.

§ My tasks and responsibilities at St. Joseph Hospital are making sure patients and staff are getting their needs met with helping with the best care. I also work with making packets/orders. These tasks consist of calling doctors’ offices, calling patients for information regarding their insurance, order, photo ID, annual consent, and procedure. I make packets containing residuals, wristbands, orders, and consents. EDUCATION

I have graduated from Lincoln-Way West High School. I have a GPA of a 4.0 and I currently have my Associates degree in Business and Management and Science and Biology. AWARDS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
