●Lead project looking at classifying region structural and vascular changes in the brain with Alzheimer’s Disease using multimodal MRI image processing.

●Participated in undergraduate research working on looking at changes in brain vasculature in stroke and Alzheimer’s subjects, as well as changes in the vasculature with age.

●Performed image segmentation and post processing on healthy and AD Dementia MRA scans to extract geometric vascular features.

●Assisted in writing software for a CNN model to automatically segment Time of Flight MRI Angiography scans.
