Protect floors, walls, furniture, fixtures, etc. Using sheet plastic, wood, masking materials.Remove debris from work areas apply caulking and prep for paint. Remove all masking and protective materials to make construction areas look new. Scrub all baseboards and door jambs to remove any scuff marks. Scrub old wallpaper to remove dust and years of humidity staining. Clean and polish all wood doors. Wash all windows to streak free. Clean old aluminum window frames to like new state. Scrub restroom floor and wall tile and grout to match new tile in construction areas. Vacuum all carpet paths daily to minimize dust tracking throughout building.
