SUMMARY

I have worked in the Mortgage industry for approximately 25 years. I have a working knowledge of all phases in the Retail Mortgage Lending Industry with an extensive knowledge in the areas of the Origination, Processing, Underwriting and Closing of Conforming/Non Conforming Conventional and Government Loans. I possess strong organizational, written and problem solving skills and have spent most of my career working with first time homebuyers. This has given me a great deal of experience in dealing with the City, County and State Organizations that offer assistance to those qualifying as such, as well as the ability to coordinate all parties to achieve successful closings by the date of contract expiration.
