My job duties were included but not limited by any means 2 sales, general labor, customer relations, and many other responsibilities. I was required to run both a pest control route and sales for my responsibility pretty much by myself for the whole Branch. I was required to sell no less than $15,000 were month according to my contract. Those types of numbers were not doable in the small town that I lived in. I had to both run sales and run a pest control route which is enough to drive anyone absolutely insane. I was capable of doing so for over a year until I experienced burnout. I was working An average of 136 hours within 2 weeks and had no time to be a mom. I was responsible for taking care of a son by myself and had no help. I would leave my home at 5 a.m. and not return until 6 to 8 p.m. every single day. My son suffered from school and now lives at his dad's house because I was unable to be at home or be a mom for my child because I lived at work and was under paid for it. One Christmas I was not even able to get my son anything because the company had me on a salary that made less than 10000 per year, my check was 400 and something dollars and I could not even pay my bills, I have not Shield back from a Christmas since then. Even though I made the company over hundreds of thousands of dollars, I was unable to Afford something for my child. My life still is not right because of this company.

I log into the computer using my login and password given to me by the hotel. I would then print downtime reports, in case the power goes out! Next, I take care of all of the necessary paperwork and filing and open my shift. I check guests in an out of the hotel and handle financial accounts with the guests. I accomodate all of their needs and am sure to put a smile on everyone's face when they walk in! I get along with all of the other staff and people usually come to me for answers. I fax credit card authorization sheets to people and businesses, email receits, adjust receits, and still have time to make coffee and cookies for the guests. I keep the office and front areas neat and tidy, all of my work is done quickly and in a timely manner.
