Facility (465,000sf), Cafeteria Building (12,000sf) & interior/exterior shell of Two-story Administration/Training Building (24,000sf), construction cost of over $100 million plus.

HB Technologies, GA June 2007 to March 2008 Director of Construction Operations in the states of MS, AL & GA in Construction Management, Estimate/bidding, coordinator & construction of such projects as Design/build of Multi-purpose Church Facility Complex’s, such as the First Baptist Church Complex in Social Circle, GA; approximately 22,000sf, construction cost of $4 million.

BE&K Government Group, AL Dec. 2006 to June 2007 General Superintendent on the OELF Warehouse & Training Concrete Runway Construction Facilities at the Seabee Base Gulfport, MS. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast (NAVFAC) Project in the support of troop supplies for embark/debark to Middle East conflict, construction cost of $40 million dollars.

Contract Administrator (IDIQ) - Fluor/Morganti JV on military camps for troop embark/debark to Iraq. Relocatable Building/Life Support projects (RLB/LSA) on various camps at Arifjan Army Base and Ali Al-Salem Air Force Base in Kuwait, range of construction cost $45 million dollars.

Business Development & Project Manager/Estimator for MAKS Inc, Private Kuwait Company procuring contracts on Infrastructure, Logistics, New & Reconstruction, traveling either by air (BIAP Airport) or ground to remote military bases throughout Iraq.
