Serve as general contractor, real estate consultant, and estimator. Refurbish and rebuild property for Owner's certificate of occupancy with department of building and safety. Direct all phases of projects from blueprints to completion (CofO) with stringent budgetary and time constraints. Oversee deployment of health, environment, and safety compliance policies and best industry practices. Steer review and analysis of construction reports, metrics, and trends to uncover and mitigate project-related risk and potential losses. Lead end-to-end functions related to planning, development, implementation, and management of scope, including estimates, budgets, and schedules for construction/remodeling projects in both residential and commercial sectors.
●Led end-to-end activities associated with sub-contractors, inspector's & materials handling on site's from Los Angeles; finished an industrial project adding onto Hedrick Hall 9k sq.ft. of new “Life-science” space under direct scrutiny of UCLA'S project manager team and the department of building & safety inspector's on site. Director of maintenance, Jared Meyers & Keith Pettey, were instrumental if finishing.
