I got converted to a BBS (Bombay Sorter) core associate in Jan, while in BBS I became the top packer in exceeds, with perfect attendance. In my first year as core I joined the training team, a month later I than applied to be a (Seasonal) Flex Facilitator. As a (SFF) I have trained over 1000 new hires during peak season in BBS, picking, and mainly Decoupled packing. While in the role as a facilitator I was responsible for both trainers and new hires teaching core values of the business and ensuring that S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedure) was enforced so that they would be deemed edible for hire. I have also experienced as a Temp. Group Lead driving induction platforms on both final and presort

Returned as a Handler in Replen, and also joined the safety team
