Prepared plant wide study for future building growth including the warehouses space, R&D labs, and offices. This project was called Project Oasis and was budgeted for $30M. The company decided to hire outside consultant to work on this project. Developed Power Point presentations for upper management.

Conducted plant wide HVAC controls upgrade study, which included HVAC as built drawings and all MCC feeds to electrical layouts of each electrical room location with single line drawings. Prepared white papers for the MOC committee to review each capital project. Prepared SETCO papers for meeting with safety and maintenance to discuss potential projects. Plastic extruder’s selection tooling selection for crossheads, and layout for copper wire cable plant. Responsible for trouble shooting process issues on 200 different production lines in a 1.2 million square foot plant. Trained in quality engineer on SPC and ISO 9001. Process evaluation on determines the weak part of the production line and repairing or modifying the equipment. To reduce the scrap rate by 25% for the first-year goal.
