OBJECTIVE: DRIVING THE WAY TO LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITY THAT GIVES ME THE CHALLENEGING JOB ROLE TO WORK SMART AND GROW WITH THE ORGANISATION. SUMMARY:

If anyone wants to understand my exposure and experience please take time to go through the summary which can give you the short brief of my E&E playing different roles.

• RECRUITMENT: Have an overall experience of 14 years into recruitment. This have a been in varied flavors of recruitment in region wise and skill wise. Have been a strong team player and also individual contributor. I have also done pre recruitment, Recruitment and post recruitment activity. Have always been the key player in the internal recruitment of resource for the organisation since I have been playing the senior roles in the organisation. Every vertical and departments in the organisation is explored by me due to the interest I have in being the core person in the company. I have recruitment exposure in Domestic, UK AND Europe and US Market. Recruitment has been the floor of my game or even you can say my piece of cake.

• DELIVERY MANAGEMENT: Have played the role of delivery manager for the past 7+yrs. Maintain track of the submission with different client and look over on the closure process and coordination. The Maximum important is given to the quality in submission since quantity doesn’t always fetch the requirement flow. Delivering the right resource in the right time is the main focus.

• ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Have been playing this role for the past 8 years. Have good exposure and experience handling implementation partners and few direct clients. Have worked as the keep point of contact and the key person in the team working for the accounts assigned. Team management was also the part of the roles need. Collect the requirements and assign it to the team to get the deliverables for the requirement. Any issues related to the account’s performance is all on the shoulder of mine. Help the company in extending the SPOC number in the account so that more business is derived.

• TEAM HANDLING: Have over 12+yrs handling team. Team size has been for 2 to 25 members. Teams has verified from freshers till senior level managers. The roles have involved from team handling, performance management, performance tracking, Budgeting for the team, Team management, etc. Stand as the face of the team and take responsibility for the team’s performance and income and so on.

• SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Have also been the sales and business development for the projects wher i have been the delivery and account manager. I have few clients of my own for which also i try to make the recruiters chart of work. I have personal links with the business which I have for APAC and US recruitment. I plan out the budget that can be derived with the different client as per the market condition since I know them.

• ADMINISTRATION: My past has let me gain the exposure and experience in being the key person in administrating the inhouse office administration for 5years like petty cash management, time management, security and infra structure management, technical team management etc. I have managed the inhouse team management from low level workers till the leads for the different operations. Help management in having the reports and track of the operations cost and different stages understanding.

• COMPLIANCE AND RETENTION: Have over 5 years work experinece working as the compliance and retention team and acted as manager. Any compliance against any person in the company has to be tracked and recorded. Confidentiality has to be maintained and only the high-level people who have access were allowed to view. The retention of employee’s plan, precautions and management techniques were all made tracked for each employee and made noted. Employee happiness and the sense of belonging was always kept as the due understanding.

• CAMPUS RECRUITMENT: I have over 4 years work experience into Campus Recruitment. This was majorly for IT recruitment. I was part of the Campus recruitment team when I was working with Cognizant Technologies Solutions. Campus recruitment experience has been the mind-blowing one since it gave me the chance to gain the exposure to do mass recruitment as per the hierarchy we had like online test, coding test, group discussion and personal interview and release of the offer.
