• Enhance residents comfort by changing bedding with clean sheets doing laundry so they have clean cloths to wear, folding and putting away neatly, arranging pillows so they have cushions to relieve pressure on there legs and tailbone.
• Measure and record vital signs including Blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen/o2, temperature, respiration and weight.
• Listen to the resident about there concerns. And report them to the RN.
• Changed dressings and look for infection. Also report to nurse.
• Assisted with hospice care by positioning residents correctly and making sure providers had enough supplies and equipment.
• Worked with Staff to transfer residents in and out of bed to wheel chair, I have used hover lifts and easy stands. Always use a gait belt to transfer to wheelchair.
• Helping bring and assist with the bus ride and making sure residents get to appointments on time.
