Partnered with executive team to develop and execute strategic plans. Directed implementation of critical service line improvements utilizing lean methodologies. Delivered stable operations, transformative impact, and measurable results in cost-effectiveness, care quality, safety for patients and caregivers, and client satisfaction.

Project manager for 4 hospitals and over 30 clinics improvement efforts. Achieved $15MM in new revenue, $8MM in hard and soft cost savings, and higher satisfaction scores through increased surgical volume 12%, improved clinic access 15%, enhanced quality measures (5% rate reduction), and 10% more patient face time.

Facilitated clinical and operational redesign, implementing new models of management, practice, and care delivery to shift from volume to value-based care. Led and collaborated on root cause analyses and spearheaded initiatives to reduce length of stay (LOS) and clinical variation, resulting in a 10% decrease in LOS, a 20% reduction in clinical variation, and a 10% decrease in readmissions, ultimately saving $10MM.

Prepared and managed a $250MM sales budget, as well as developed capital asset and operating forecasts to ensure continued operations. Utilized financial analysis to determine appropriate levels of cash and debt financing.
