Project manager for 4 hospitals and over 30 clinics improvement efforts. Achieved $15MM in new revenue, $8MM in hard and soft cost savings, and higher satisfaction scores through increased surgical volume 12%, improved clinic access 15%, enhanced quality measures (5% rate reduction), and 10% more patient face time.
Facilitated clinical and operational redesign, implementing new models of management, practice, and care delivery to shift from volume to value-based care.
