Servpro, North Leon County, Construction Manager, Project Manager Present employment as a Construction Manager overseeing the Project managers and running the Construction division. I have worked as a Construction Manager for roughly 25 years managing multiple construction sites. I have worked in the industry as a labor, a sub-contractor owner and operator, and a project manager for many contracting companies. I was hired as a Construction Manager and tasked with starting the Reconstruction Build Back division for Servpro, which at that time did not exist. In February 2023 I started this task as the only employee and a zero-start-up budget. The expectations was given to grow the company to roughly $400,000 annually. Within 6 weeks I exceeded the mark. BLUE WORLD POOLS, I manage employees for sales, distribution, installation, and repairs of swimming pools in the Southeastern US. I oversaw employee’s schedules and dealt with customer issues. Traveled roughly 75% of the time. I lead training on safety, OSHA requirements, EPA requirements, and code regulations to the various installation teams. I ensured the equipment condition and quality controlled for correct installs. Maintained insurance as an Independent Contractor. Organized shipping, receiving, scheduling, installing pools in the Southeast. I kept up with inventory for distribution.

SAFE HAVEN SECURITY, BRANCH MANAGER, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, Because of my construction knowledge, I was hired to oversee the installations and grow the sales of Low Voltage security systems in the State of Florida and Alabama. I oversaw the installations of alarm systems and accessories for as an independent contractor in newly constructed and preexisting buildings which sometimes proved challenging. I managed the installs, hired, supervised and train employees who covered the State of Alabama. I grew the company to 22 employees, starting with only 7. I trained and ensured proper installation of equipment in commercial and residential settings. I ensured customers were training on their selected security system, knowledge of life saving functions. I conducted random quality control inspections behind my employees. I managed team building with my employees, other state managers, sub-division construction managers, and general contractors. I tracked inventory, hire, terminate, trained, and attend weekly corporate meetings. I traveled roughly 90% of the time.

SOUTHEAST TITLE, LLC, Sales Consultant, (Covid cutbacks) Multi State traveling territory manager, networking, and building relationships with contractors and attorneys. Offering company services and gaining trust of establishing customers to increase sales. Meet with attorneys/firms and contractors for the purpose of networking, offering business services for the growth of their business by relieving them of legalities from title work and construction lingo. I attended conferences, meetings, and social events for the purpose of increase sales and exposure. I entertained clients, interact socially, resolve disputes, ensure clients are pleased with services offered, read and corrected legal documents. I created a work schedule, sales route, construction sites and attorney office visitation times that meet client’s needs.
