I have really enjoyed working at Cypress Environmental / Tulsa Inspection Resources for the past few years and it has given me the opportunity to prove my ability to lead successful change management in rapid succession. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Asbury Church, Tulsa, OK – IT Director, Jul. 2023 to Jan. 2024. During my time at Asbury, I was able to bring an amazing amount of resilience and organization to our IT infrastructure. I led a small team of IT professionals as we supported the design and planning impacting technology including communications, security and client facing applications.

oMeet weekly with the CFO, Executive staff and Senior Director of Communications to be sure that we synchronized planning and changes.

oPlanned OpEx and CapEx budget for the new year were accepted by the board.

oReviewed and implemented improvements to servers (HyperV), networking print solutions.

oProvide dashboards and reports to the senior leadership for decision making.

oSupervise and manage content changes on the website as well as live streaming services.

TIR / Cypress Environmental Partners, Tulsa, OK – IT Director, Aug. 2021 to July 2022. Cypress operates three offices with minimal on-premises hardware. As the sole network and server engineer, I was tasked with being the architect as we rolled out a new FortiGate Firewall solution, with client VPN’s, IPsec tunnels to remote offices and to Oracle and Azure cloud tenants. Our servers I rolled out multi-Factor authentication utilizing OKTA and Microsoft/Azure. I have conducted preliminary work and will begin to push out Azure Virtual secure Desktops to over 300 inspectors over a six-week period. I also planned and executed the migration from OKTA identity platform to Microsoft SSO & SAML. In 2022 I was promoted to have additional duties of oversight of the desktop support and telecom services as well as budgeting and vendor relations.

oMet weekly with the Chief Executive Office, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer to discuss IT strategy, goals, and accomplishments. I also meet with the Executive Leadership Team with IT reports.

oMeet regularly to coordinate with the Compliance Officer to be sure all SOX compliance reporting was complete.

oAdminister cloud and on-premises architecture to provide availability, scalability and security. This included server maintenance, upgrades, and backups as well as managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, performance, and security.

Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, OK – Enterprise Technical Director & Server Engineer, 2014 to 2021. Invested 9 months as the Enterprise Technical Director during which time I improved the organization responsibilities and improved staff reporting methods. Managed approximately 20 direct reports I was able to participate in the initial plans for our Global Learning Center which has become an award-winning feature for this university. I also developed and implemented the technology for the Prayer Tower Lobby. As I transitioned to the server engineer role, I enjoyed leading several key responsibilities.

oActively participated with the infrastructure team during the research, and implementation of a 120TB Dell Compellent Storage Array and new blade server host.

oProvided oversight to the helpdesk and organized the current on-call procedures.

oPlanned and sought bids for infrastructure upgrades.

oServed as the primary global administrator for Azure, Office 365, BI and associated security, rights and roles management.

oTrained and backed up the Exchange administrator to be able to manage two CAS and two DAG servers and administer Barracuda email security.

oParticipated in the management of approximately 200 servers (80% virtualized in a Horizon View vSphere high-availability architecture) including Windows, Linux, etc.

oPrinciple CommVault administrator responsible for backups of 17 TB of data to disk, tape and cloud;

501 Technet, Tulsa, OK – Systems Support Engineer, 2013 to 2014 Team Leader and New Client Intake Specialist, during my tenure the company has taken on 1-2 new clients each month. Able to be entrusted with leadership responsibilities quickly.

oSupported 35 non-profit organizations as part of a team of seven technicians’ service over 1,500 workstations, server and network devices.
