SPEAKING PERSONALLY
I am truly compassionate of those who work for and with me. I lead with my head and my heart. As a leader, I recognize that my actions speak volumes about the company and that leading comes with great responsibility. I ensure that the decisions I make are act-based, informed and that I can communicate my strategic vision to all those around me in terms they will not only understand but will adopt as their own.
To be truly happy with the work you do, you need to embrace your strengths, work on your weaknesses, and find a company, industry and purpose which is aligned with something that in your heart you truly care about and will be passionate to do every day. At its best, it should not feel like work but more like taking steps every day to live your best life doing something you truly love. I am a “lean in” type of leader who leads by example to build an exceptional data culture in any company I represent. I’m disruptive by nature, inspired by a desire to change the world around me and seek to drive positive transformation of business using data. I never stop learning and never stop asking questions. I’m fiercely protective of my teams and totally committed to achieving the goals we set forth for our organization.
Being effective in the ability to drive transformative change starts with identifying and getting key stakeholders on board with the initiative. Enabling them with a clear sense of ownership, tangible success measures and absolute understanding why and how the initiative will add value to the business. These Champions represent the life blood of any successful transformation – whether it is business process, technology of M& A.
