Summary

Sadia was employed with CareerNet Consulting in Human Resources department, wherein she dealt with a broad range of clients, from large global organizations to Homegrown Indian corporations in the Technology and Knowledge Services areas. Sadia had to take multiple career breaks and till a few years back was managing and running the show at her family-owned NGOs. Her responsibilities included overseeing operations, handling external communications, fundraising and publishing results for the board. Sadia also had this great opportunity to handhold and mentor her niece in getting her book of poems completed and published. She designed the cover, coordinated the events for the book roll out and, in the process used her persuasive skills to coordinate with some of the most eminent personalities in Indian Art.
