Summary

I come from the small town of East Grand Forks, MN, I grew up on a farm so hard work was not only demanded but a requirement of my every day life! Thinking on your feet and fixing things on the fly was life. I would say I am more of a live to work than work to live kind of person. I have alot of passion for what I do and quality is very important to me as well as time. When I was 12 years old I started fabricating for my brother's business building hockey nets, trailer frames, and grill guards for the military vehicles. My current job I run the machining department and It's a really good job but my life has me moving to Fargo so I am looking for a full time job as a machinist. Thank you!

•I would go to my normal job during the day from 7-4 and then after that I would go over to my business and put in about 5 hours did this almost everyday for about 3 years moonlighting I guess you could say.

•then we got to the point were we where set up and I could come work at the business full time so I quite my day job went full time to my business and started making guns everyday. While doing this I hired 2 engineers and 3 interns to help with designing so fixtures and little things I needed drawn up or designed but I usually did all my own cad work. Once we were and running my days consisted of making sure the machines were running right making sure we had material that shipping was scheduled employees were scheduled and paid. would look over progress and quality and always try to become more efficient everyday. I could machine manually, program, weld, order materials, schedule shipping, look over employees work and overall thoughts and feelings of working there I tended to everyone’s needs and kept it together very well. The reason I ended up getting out of that situation is due to some personal issues with my business partners but
