July 2019 – February 2023 Senior Tool Pusher ADES Offshore Saudi Arabia

oManaged all drilling operations including exploration drilling, workover, completions (conventional and smart), de-completions, and flowback.

oSupervised personnel and ensured compliance with all company standards, safety policies/procedures and client requirements.

oEnsured all well control procedures were implemented, understood, and complied with by all pertinent personnel.

oimplemented and managed schedules at the drilling site and monitored activity progress all while ensuring personnel and equipment safety.

oLead all safety meetings ensuring team kept and maintained a safe work environment.

oRelayed information to the wellsite supervisor and continuously kept track of all operations’ progress.

OIM May 2013- April 2017

Nabors Drilling International Nabors Arabia (offshore): Lastly employed as OIM for Nabors Drilling International (Saudi Arabia) assigned to the 656 jack up. Successfully improved the rigs safety performance, beating the company targets and performance over the past 7 years. Dramatically reduced out-of-service time and significantly improved client relations through strong management commitment and implementing major procedural changes, plus maintenance and safety improvements. Managed the administration and execution of the drilling program for the rig and beat performance targets for both budget and daily rig expenditure. Successfully maintained continuous operations for the client (Saudi Aramco) during a major planned upgrade for an important new contract the middle east Arabian Sea.

Oversee the safe and efficient work over scope on the jack up rig 656 vessel. Manage the safe and effective daily operations of rig 656 and its crew members. Budgetary controls, Spares management and rationalize 656 Offtake’s, Marine Vessel logistics, POB Control and Personnel movements. I have been successful with delivering positive change during assignments where initially workforce morale and performance was at an exceptionally low level. This has been achieved through creating an open and honest culture whilst engaging and motivating the workforce towards common goals. I have an exceptional understanding of team dynamics and individual behaviors. DRILLER October 2010 –May 2013

Nomac Drilling North East United States Marcellus Shale: Oversee drill floor operations and supervise drill crew for onshore based company. Provide training to new onsite employees and ensure safe, productive work to optimize production. Supervise drill floor operations, and rig maintenance on triple rigs performing vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling. Aid in proper job planning and prepare for upcoming operations, stress importance of preventive maintenance and being prepared to help minimize and not to inquire down time.

Derrickman-Driller April 2005 – November 2010

Coastal Drilling Co.– New Iberia LA: I held the derrickman position I stayed on top of well control, handling mud processing area during times of circulation measuring mud density and conducting viscosity test on regular basis, reporting to driller, tool pusher, company man, and mud engineer during periods of circulation,, notifying all supervisors at once if any changes occur in pit levels, flow, fluid return changes, and transfer of fluids. Reading gauges to monitor pressure, density, rate, and concentration and adjust pumping procedures as required. Supervise floorhands and laborers, while tripping in or out of the well working the board handling and aligning the top section of the drill string placing in racking fingers and securing all stands off drill pipe, hwdp, and drill collars/monels, also providing routine checks and performing maintenance on mud mixing pumps, mud pumps, and shakers. Later promoted to Driller overseeing drilling operations.

Motorman/Derrickman November 2002 - April 2005

Energy Drilling Co. – Natchez, MS: Responsible for strapping pipe, keeping the drill floor clean and organized, and tripping pipe in or out of the well. Practiced safety for me and everyone around me, doing JSA’S, and attending safety meetings daily. Assisted in setting up and moving rig.
