Project Manager (Client Facing)

Working as Client Facing Project Manager at Health Edge-Burgess group. Responsible for managing Client-side Implementations of “Burgess Source”, Health rules payer, a proprietary cloud-based Payment Integrity and Accountability software. My responsibilities include:

Establishing collaborative partnerships with Clients using Scrum and Agile Methods.

Based on Statement of Work we used to track the development hours for those projects.

ADO was used to create epic, feature and user stories and was assigned for the upcoming PI planning. Track progress attached to the proposed solution and hours spent on the user stories.

•Worked on DESY’s redesign project to integrate with CMS IDR (Integrated Data Repository). COTS ETL (Extract –Transform- Load) tool Informatica has been used to replace legacy extract process using mainframe jobs and java control language (JCL)/queries.
