Led a team of up to seven people; the team supported 32 people in two offices (Decatur and Bloomington).

Recruited, interviewed, and hired employees. Performed other HR functions such as onboarding, new hire training, and training on the CCH tax and accounting software.

Helped manage the bank statements, budgets, taxes, credit cards, and cash.

Managed most of the IT responsibilities. Set up all computers and peripherals in the office. Enabled employees to work remotely; this included making sure the computer, three monitors, scanners, printers, keyboards, mouses, and cables worked before leaving the office.
