WORK EXPERIENCE

With Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd as Junior Consultant from 21-1-2022 to 28-2-2023

My duties here were to provide L1 and L2 level helpdesk facilities with issues and requests relating to upgrade / installation/ usage of Office 365, Windows and other in-house infrastructure / business applications such as Citrix and Sharepoint. Resolution and escalation of tickets relating to wi-fi, LAN connectivity, multifunctional printers, company use mobile phones, and pocket wi-fi. Co-ordinating with multiple teams for complex cases. Main activities(Summary): Resolution and escalation of ServiceNow tickets, tracking and follow up of cases, weekly escalation meetings(root cause analysis) and maintenance of insights gained, and co-ordinating with other helpdesk teams(both company and client side) for smooth ticket flow. Training assistance to new joinees.

With Nucleus Software an Executive from 9-12-2019 to 4-9-2020 I provided L1 IT Helpdesk facilities to the employees of a Japanese bank. The team acted as a front desk for all of the bank’s support teams. I assisted the employees with tasks such as password reset, getting access to required data, and basic troubleshooting/ guidance with tickets concerning multifunctional printers, Cisco IP phones, setting up of new Pcs, connectivity problems, and other miscellanous computer settings.

Volunteered to help with translation of software terminologies for Jam Software's product 'Tree Size' version 4.2. (From June 2017 to January 2018).

My role was of a Japanese Fianancial Language Analyst, and my responsibility was to collect information from Japanese company websites and translate parts of financial documents such as balance sheets and audit reports from Japanese to English.
