SUMMARY

Small business CTO with over a decade of experience making decisions related to the design, development, deployment, administration, and maintenance of technologies ranging from individual mobile devices to entire computing facilities. Technologist with a 26 year track record of successfully completing high-profile projects - many of which had national importance, involved billions of dollars of equipment and the safety of human lives. Expert at leading small "skunk works" teams to solve problems and satisfy customer requirements more rapidly and cost effectively than larger (better funded) agencies and organizations. More than two decades of experience in science, mathematics, algorithms, analytics, simulation, visualization, VR/augmented reality, software engineering, and IT acquisition/administration. A 16 year history of taking entire software and hardware projects from proposal to deliverable on time and on budget, all while working remotely – many times single-handedly. More than 15 years of experience working alongside policy makers, chambers of commerce, federal and state agencies, police departments, fire departments, academia, and the Department of Defense - under the pressure of short deadlines and tight budgets, where failure was not an option.
