Management

Implemented, coordinated, and conducted presentations for the Day Reporting Center Program’s stakeholders, which were, Judges, Commonwealth’s Attorneys, and Defense Attorneys, to generate client referrals.

Supervised 60-100 offenders by administering drug screens, community service, and collecting monthly supervision fees.

Enhanced public safety as a Probation Officer for Chesterfield Community Correction Services, Ashland Probation &Parole, Richmond Division of Adult Programs, and Petersburg Probation & Parole, by reducing recidivism.
