McKissack: Managed and scheduled all aspects of DELTA TERMINAL, JFK International Air Terminal, LLC. (JFKIAT) Director for Terminal 4 at JFK Airport. Supervised the demo of the old terminal 4 location and worked with engineers/architects/contractors on the new build for terminal 4, managed all MEP (Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing) work, managed superintendents for terminal 4 asphalt and concrete pavement excavation, removal, and reconstruction; consisting of 1Million+ sqft of asphalt/concrete and the observation tower and Delta management offices. Managed the new sanitary drainage system including gravity base piping, pre-cast concrete forms, concrete panels, and taxiways. Responsible for estimating the project process as well overseeing standardized procedures and methods. Manage the day-to-day activities for the estimating department team of 20, this typically includes implementing construction related task; demo, foundation- including helical piles and all MEP including fire safety systems.
McKissack: Managed all subcontractors involved in the project including safety and the renovation of CONEY ISLAND HOSPITAL. Total build-out of parking garage location adjacent to hospital with ground level access managed construction safety enclosures for external oxygen tanks, examined drawings and met with superintendents to keep schedule and budget in place, supervised all MEP (Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing) work.

LARSEN & TOUBRO INTEGRATED ENGINEERING SERVICES (IES) (Current) Multinational engineering technology firm invested in engineering, construction, manufacturing, and financial services. PROCTER & GAMBLE: Assisted the team of roughly 250 members in defining and adhering to its own process to make sure project gets done according to schedule and budget, as well as assisted with the set schedule. Oversaw all major renovations projects with focus on cost reduction, defined scope goals of all projects pending, and current. Work involved working with the Governor’s office, FEMA, and the Federal Government. Weekly briefings with all the above entities, and homeowners to give an update on the progression of the work.
