Daily:

Talk with staff, form good relationships with them. Lead by example. Spend a little time on the floor at the start and end of day. Review Activity Records in Setworks and sign off if appropriately written by staff - if not adequately written follow up with staff to re-do Activity Record Review EMAR, Vitals, Input/output for clients. Make sure PRN meds are being given appropriately and documented correctly with follow ups.

Log in Setworks for all hours worked under GH Manager Record Review event reports - follow up as necessary - All med errors need emailed to (RN) ASAP, check voicemail, check emails set up doctor appts and miles reimbursement sheets as needed. Approve PRN medications (consult with RN) and Overtime as needed Update Director on any unusual activities or things she needs to be aware of, CC her in all communications

(emails/setworks).

Weekly:

Meet with director in office as necessary - ask questions and keep list of topics to talk about when you meet with her

Review employee file needed information in Google Drive and follow up with your employees as necessary

Every other Monday check payroll and turn into HR before Tuesday Every Monday before 9 a.m. add weekend update to the On-Call Notes thread Review meds in med cart to ensure they are present and not expired on Thursday's Bring paperwork (DVR's, labs, reports, etc.) to the Joplin office for scanning.

Bring Personal Spending book to office to have receptionist review for accurate balances Check for home repair inside/outside. Contact appropriate repair services once approved by director. Monthly:

1st of month turn, in expense sheets that are reviewed by you to director 1st of month check, company vehicle logs and send to HR Turn in miles by 3rd of each month on Leave Days & Miles Tracking (if necessary) Take Physician Order's to the doctors to be signed on the 1st of each month and pick up by the 5th Finish all summaries by the 15th of each month at 12p Review house schedule and ensure it is posted in house/on setworks by the 25th Have consumer attendance reviewed and signed off on by the 3rd of each month Have a staff meeting each month - ensure agenda is under forms in Setworks and all staff in attendance and tagged in order for them to review and sign off on with PIN Review client accounts and spend down to under $150 total/Purchase NAFS (when necessary)

Quarterly:

Personal plan meetings with case manager

Fire drill once per month (shift is dependent on what quarter we are in) Tornado once per quarter

Inventory on each person

Consents and Leases due in December (mailed to guardian for signature at beginning of month) Flu shot in October (Agency RN administers)

Update face sheets and client pictures in December. Update Setworks consumer picture in December each year

Update client paperwork throughout the year as needed Annual exams and labs - edentulous (no teeth) consumers checked at physical, deferrals signed off yearly by guardian and doctor
