Soy graduada en biología por la Universidad de Murcia y un Máster en Investigación en Biología Molecular, Celular y Genética por la Universitat de València. Mi formación académica me ha permitido adquirir experiencia y conocimientos en cultivos celulares y técnicas de biología molecular (extracción de ARN y ADN, qPCR, PCR de amplificación), experiencia y conocimientos en valoración de proteínas y técnicas bioquímicas como inmunohistoquímica, ELISA, ensayos enzimáticos. Mi desempeño académico me ha aportado conocimientos sobre técnicas citogenéticas (FISH, MLPA, CGH-Array, cariotipo, NSG), genética molecular y utilización de bases de datos, y estadística. Además de conocimientos y nivel intermedio- avanzado de compresión oral,lectura y escrita en inglés. Durante mi formación académica realice el Trabajo fin de Máster en el Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria La Fe (IISLaFe), en el área de Hepatología experimental sobre Modelos celulares hepáticos para el estudio del daño oxidativo inducido por fármacos. El presente estudio se basaba en la caracterización de enzimas antioxidantes y enzimas de fase II (GSTA1, GSTM1) en varios modelos celulares hepáticos: hepatocitos humanos (PHH), hepatocitos humanos Upcytes (HHU) y las líneas de hepatoma humano HepaRG y HepG2, valorando los perfiles de expresión en los modelos celulares anteriormente mencionados, así como análisis proteicos y valoración de actividad enzimática durante varias semanas de cultivo. Además del estudio en la respuesta en expresión genética y actividad de enzimas antioxidantes en los cultivos celulares al tratamiento con fármacos modelo capaces de inducir daño oxidativo.(estudios de hepatotoxicidad). Por último, estudios en High-Content Screening

(HCS) para valorar toxicidad y viabilidad celular, un análisis multiparamétrico a nivel de células individuales marcadas con sondas o anticuerpos fluorescentes. Aptitudes y logros:
