I managed and operated 3 Goodwill retail store.
I Started Goodwill in 2008 thru one of many programs they offer. I received my GED in October 2013 thru the same program. I started as a part time clerk. I worked my way up the ladder as a full time supervisor, then assistant manager and finally as store manager in 2015. I managed the Loudonville store for 3 years. When i arrived the store was below in budgeted sales, and on the brink of closure. By 2016 I brought the store above budgeted sales by 4% and by 2017 we were above sales consistently by 11% . I was relocated to the
Millersburg in April of 2018 to bring up sales. In October of 2018 the Millersburg store made sales for the first time since 2016.
In 2019 I was moved to the Wooster location.
Qualifications - I can work with budgets that i am required to stay with in, while also maintaining quality and outstanding customer service. I maintain scheduling of employees. I corrected and approved payroll. I oversaw deliveries of product coming in. I am familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft word and excel. I am self motivated and a self started. I am a quick learner as well as a problem solver. Education
